Step 2: ​Receiving an invitation to submit an application for permanent selection 

If your profile matches the criteria of the Ministère de l'Immigration, de la Francisation et de l'Intégration, you may receive an invitation to continue your immigration process and submit an application for permanent selection. If your application for permanent selection is accepted, you will be issued a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) after which you can continue your application with the Canadian federal government.
